i worked with victor during his time at marquette university. even though he did not directly report to me, i worked often with victor on many projects including our work together with microsoft lync beta testing. marquette worked closely with microsoft over many years to test, deploy, and provide feedback for various versions of microsoft lync (now skype for business server). victor was a core member of the deployment team and an enthusiastic technician for that project and many others. he showed solid technical skills and well as a professionalism that worked well for him while he supported various executives at marquette. victor left for a better job out of state, otherwise i would have quickly hired him as one of my system administrators. i would whole-heartedly recommend him to any manager looking for a sharp, qualified, professional individual to join their organization.
