victor hugo exhibited unmatched dedication to duty, superb problem-solving abilities, and terrific interpersonal skills. he quickly established himself as an intrinsic member of the army rotc team. despite an intense workload, victor hugo always responded promptly to any IT issues we encountered, providing tremendous customer support and ensuring missions were complete and customers’ systems were fully functional. his positive attitude and work ethic were greatly admired.
