Victor Hugo is, in a word, amazing. I’ve never met a more compassionate, knowledgeable, personable professional in my entire time in the technology field. If I ever had the opportunity to own a technology company of any flavor, I would seek him out and kindly beg for him to come work for me. I’ve never known a person more committed to helping others – his customer service is bar none. Speaking on behalf of his colleagues at Marquette, his departure was the single biggest lost to Marquette’s IT department in the entire time I have been there. It’s a sad (but true) fact that people are always replaceable. But it is a refreshing notion to see a person like Victor Hugo buck that industry credo and prove that it is not always true. I could string out adjectives for days to describe him – but that would not do him justice. I will say this, though: I admire and respect the person that he is, and envy any entity lucky enough to call him an employee. If you are reading this in contemplation of interviewing or hiring him, please look no further. You have found a gem that will epitomize what you are looking for. If someone told me they were disappointed in something Victor did, my retort would not be “ohh, I’m sorry to hear that,” it would be “something else must be awry with what you are doing.”

To reiterate my initial statement, Victor is amazing.
