hugo is extremely talented in the world of it. the speed at which he is able to effectively problem-solve and trouble-shoot is incredible. i cannot think of an it issue that i personally put to hugo that wasn’t solved efficiently and with a warm demeanor. he takes the time to assist, and is also pro-active in his approach, teaching how to trouble-shoot as he goes and staying on top of the most up-to-date technology and solutions. any organization or individual would benefit from his knowledge, demeanor, and work ethic.
